Mysterious device connecting to my account

Recently a strange occurance has been happening. Someone has been connecting to my spotify account through their "kitchen speaker" and playing all sorts of music, and as a paying member...I don't really appreciate that. I have forced sign outs, forgotten all devices, changed my password and did everything possible. However, about 15 minutes ago while listening to music, the sound cut out. It was that same device taking over my account. What do I do?

I've already done those things. They didn't work.

In that case, I'd recommend reaching out to Support again and letting them know that your account needs to be secured one more time.
