I used an account on an old iphone, that was los,t that I had used the free 3 month premium service on. I got charged for it once and got in contact with someone at spotify - I asked them to either move the subscription to an account I actually use or just cancel it. So what ended up happening was they just cancelled it is. Now I just got charged again for it, out of no where! I haven't used spotify in a months and still don't know what username/account it's paying for in the first place. I really need help. I have no idea what username/account my bank account was charged for nor am I using the service... not sure what to do.
