Hey there! I am happy to help. 

 

I am not sure what you need help with exactly. You are able to create a new account here. Once you do that, you can also transfer content from one account to another following these steps. 

 

If that is not the answer you were looking for, please reply and let me know what's happening in some more detail so I can see what to suggest.
