NEED HELP with Payment issues

I was charged for a full year suscription $127  which I DID NOT authorize. I authorized a monthly payment.  I need a refund but i Cannot find a phone number to call besides a contact form that I filled out. I filled the form and it's been over a week that nobody has responded to my inquiry. I need help to resolve this issue ASAP or I will have to find other means to solve it. Any advice?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Firstly, Spotify is definately not a scam. Think about it, if it were, there wouldn't be one post about this, there would be millions.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can refund you provided either you or they can provide sufficient evidence to prove this unauthorised transaction took place.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
