NEED HELP!!!

NEED HELP!!!

I HAD A PREMIUM ACCOUNT AND UPGRADED TO THE FAMILY ACCOUNT, BUT NOW I CANT NEITHER LOG IN NOR INVITE MY FAMILY MEMBERS BECAUSE IT SAYS THAT I CAN ONLY USE SPOTIFY ABROAD FOR 14 DAYS. I HAVENT TRAVELLED AND MY COUNTRY IS THE SAME AS THE ONE I AM NOW, SAME FOR MY FAMILY MEMBERS. I CANNOT REACH SPOTIFY'S SUPPORT, PLEASE HELP

It looks like you have a second account you may not be aware of.

 

Please double check if you're using the correct credentials to log in (do you have the Spotify receipt sent to your e-mail account when you subscribed to Premium?).
