Upgraded cannot access my account, family subscription does not work between different devices, want my money back, want to CONTACT SOMEONE!!!!!! can anyone help, please

Hey @TGEIGER999,

 

It sounds like all members are trying to use the same account to listen to music at the same time. All members of a Premium for Family plan need to have their own account to be able to listen to music at the same time. 🙂

 

You can invite a family member by following the instructions below:

  1. Go to your account page.
  2. Under Manage your family accounts, click GO.
  3. Select an Empty slot.
  4. Click INVITE MEMBER BY LINK or enter the Spotify email address of the person you want to invite and click SEND INVITE.
