NEW VODAFONE CONTRACT

Hello, I've just signed a new contract with Vodafone which includes free premium Spotify. I have tried to use this but I am just getting standard Spotify with adverts. Vodafone say I need to cancel all accounts with Spotify and I am not sure if I have more than one account active. I've tried cancelling the old Spotify account from my previous Vodafone contract but when I activate the new Vodafone link they send for premium Spotify I'm am still just getting the free version with adverts. Could you check using my two email addresses if I still have active free Spotify accounts. I need all accounts cancelled to use premium via Vodafone.
