NOT eligible for promo

Spotify notified me via e-mail that I can avail Spotify Premium for 3 'onths for only P49 but as I was registering, the system said I am not eligible for it.  Can you please let me know why? Thank you.

If you are not able to get the offer, it may be because the 3 month deal is only available to accounts which have not had Premium or a Premium trial in the past. If you'd like to unsubscribe from these promotional emails, you can click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of one of the emails.

what if i uninstall the app then re-install,is there another way to avail the promo?
