NUS Extra Discount Trouble

Hi,

I have previous trouble trying to get the code for my NUS Extra Student Discount. When I had to enter my password I was always met with the message 'This feature is unavailable. Please try again later' even after changing web browser. 

So, on the same account I have no re-subscribed for premium (I have previously been a member) and no when I go to apply my student discount and I click on the bar - 'get premium with nus extra', instead of redirecting to the nus site before I now get sent to my account overview page - https://www.spotify.com/uk/accounts/overview/

Can somebody please help me get this discount? I've tried just about everything and think I'm going backwards!
