Hey! I just wanted to clarify something about the NUS student discount;
After applying the discount to the account, if I cancel at any point, will this get rid of the discount altogether from then on? or would I be able to reapply the discount at a later period (within the 12 months that the discount applies for)?

"If you terminate your subscription to the Premium Service at any time during the Discount Period, you may re-activate the Offer to receive the discount for the remaining months of the Discount Period which you have not yet enjoyed."
The above is a section from the NUS discount terms and conditions, so to answer your question yes you can cancel your premium subscription at any time and then reapply the discount when you subscribe again 🙂

how do I cancel the nus discount?

Im trying to sign up for a spotify student account as I'm a student at Liverpool Hope University. It's just a regular student card, and doesnt have nus written on. Spotify says my student number is invalid, but I am a real student...help?!
You should contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.
Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
