I am having issues with obtaining student discount, I have accessed it through the NUS site which then takes me to the spotify site, I enter my details and then finally it asked for the password again which will confirm the £4.99 fee. It then states ...this feature is not currently available, please try again later. It has been doing this for a week!! I set up a new account just incase, but his states my NUS card is being used by my other account
There is an issue with the Student Discount at the moment.
Submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can sort this out for you. If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
