NUS discount problems

 Hey everyone.

I got the offer of 3 months of premium for 99p back on Christmas day, so today it has run out. I litterally couldn't live without it now and need it back haha. But I have an NUS Extra card so would like to use this to get it for half price. I just can't seem to get it to work... I don't know where to enter my card or anything. Everything I try just still says it will be £9.99 per month when it should be half that. Can anyone help?... Really need it.
