NUS extra discount not working

So i'm having a little trouble reapplying my NUS extra discount after i had to get a new payment card.

I go via the NUS website for the deal, then when i log in via facebook to confirm its actually me, it redirects to a page that simply states "this feature isnt working at the moment, please try again later"

I saw a similar post where OP's NUS card had expired, but i'm pretty certain i still have some months remaining as i only used another discount the other day!

can anyone help me out?

What happens if you try and redeem from the Spotify website instead?

In that case, get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to get the card added manually onto your account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
