NUS extra doesn't work

Hello,

I just cancelled my Spotify premium account so I can upgrade it again using the NUS extra discount. 
Whenever I follow the steps to do it, I get this message : "It appears that you are not eligible for the discounted product that you are trying to purchase. If you'd like you can still upgrade your account to premium at any time."
I personally bought the NUS extra just for Spotify so please can anyone explain the situation to me ?

The best thing to do is contacting support.
If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
