NUS subscription is valid but been charged full price

Hi Team Spotify

 

I've a valid subs for NuS until sept'2017, but in the month of January Spotify have charged me the full price. Normally, when the discounted price is about to expire, I get an email from Spotify informing me of the matter.

 

Could someone please advise me as to how I can apply for tthe partial refund from Spotify billing team?

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
