Need 2 change username - 1 year subscription

HI

I made today a one year in advance payment to use Spotify connect on my Raumfeld system.
Unfortunately the systems cannot connect because i got numbers in my username. So i need to change my username but the payment is for the username with the number in it
What should i do?
I already payed for one year in advance??

Please provide help if anyone knows what to do
