Need Help Changing Country

Need Help Changing Country

I need help changing my country setting.  I was in the UK and now am in the US, and will shortly move to Australia.  I previously had Spotify Unlimited but now am on Free.  

 

When I go to the 'Edit Profile' page, it says that to change my country setting, I need to click a link to 'Update Your Payment Details', but when I click that link, it just takes me to a page to download Spotify.  And when I go to the 'Payment Settings' page, there's no way to change my country setting there (presumably because I have Spotify Free, so there's no payment).  

 

This seems like a website glitch where because I had Unlimited and now have Free, I can't change country the way you would if you only had Free, nor the way you would if you still had Unlimited/Premium.  Anyone have ideas?

You can do the following:

 

  • Clean browser's cache
  • Try incognito mode
  • Try with another browser

If this doesn't work, you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

 

 


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
