Need Help with billing and only replies I get are surveys

I have been double charged for about a year. I recently noticed it because I canceled my account I use and still was charged 9.99 on the 27th. I pulled my statements and it looks like I been gettign double charged since last year and completely have not noticed. Looking to get a refund for the other account which was not used. I emailed spotify multiple times and I get a

Just to double-check, have you looked in your junk/spam folder? Sometimes replies from the folks in Support can end up in there, so it's worth a look. If you check this out and you're still unable to find a reply, can you reach out to them again with a different email address? We might have more luck this way.

I have tried multiple times. Getting frustrated and dont want to have to call visa. I will try twitter
