Need Refund on Accidental Family Upgrade

I have a free account, my husband a premium one. We wanted to upgrade to Spotify Family.

I thought I had done this through his account. But once I had paid it showed up as being through my account. Which means (a) I can't add him (b) we are paying more than double now.

I cancelled straight away. But am informed I still have premium for a month. Why can't I get a refund? This is extremely poor.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
