Need a new device password

Need a new device password

Hi,

 

because I got another cellphone I installed Spotify on it, but I forgot my

device password. So I ordert a new link to change the paaword, but I don´t get any

Email from spotify with the link.

 

Can U help?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you are having issues getting your password, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that out to you manually. If you are logging in on an iPhone or an android device you can login using Facebook without the need for a device password. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
