Need a playlist removed urgently

Hi,

I am hoping that there can be a fix for this.  On an account that belongs to my ex girlfriend, I am showing up on her end in the "top tracks" playlist. The playlist on her end doesn't have any content in it, but just by clicking my name she can see all of the playlists that I have and also recently added tracks.  I did go into settings and confirmed that top tracks is "UNCHECKED" and not sharing.  I also, did delete the cache on her end as well.  However, to no avail and my profile is still accessable by her.  I want the playlist removed from her end..The issue is, when I go to her computer and click "unfollow" my playlist the list is removed from the list on the left side for a few secons and is then readded.

You also need to right click the playlist and select 'unsubscribe' 🙂
