Need help canceling premium account.

A while back I upgraded my sons account to Premium.  He lost his login info, started a new free account for himself and just now told me.  In the mean time I have been paying for the Premium account.  I have been able to figure out his Spotify username by logging in on my phone (I was able to use his phone number to login).  I can't make any account changes from the phone and the same login info will not work on a desktop.  When I try to reset the password neither one of us is getting the reset email.

Since you are having trouble closing the account, you can do a manual form request for cancellation to Spotify.

You can also cancel by completing this form and sending it to Spotify.
