Need help getting new password and email.

Ive been logging in to spotify with my facebook for a long time now, and i wanted to login at my workplace. I couldnot login through facebook and i tried my usual password. It didnt work, so i tried resetting it, but never got a mail, so i put my mail in reset options and saw that my mail wasnt even connected to spotify, so now when im logged in here i can see that another wierd mail is linked to my account, that is not mine. I dont wanna ask for password reset cause it will go staight to that mail, and i cant change the mail adres linked to the account since password is apparenty not the same anymore. what should i do?

And yeah, when i contact support, they say they will send answer to fake mail.
