Need help porting account over!

Need help porting account over!

Hey, I had made an original account with facebook. And, I'm trying to delete my facebook, so I made this new account here, and was hoping I could get all of my playlists/tracks/radio stuff ported over to this one. I sent something to the contact link, and they just directed me to the community to get help.

Hey 🙂

 

If you received an automated reply from the contact form, then just reply directly back to it (even if it says not to) and your case will be pushed to one of the team who will be able to assist you with this.

If you can still log in with your old login then do that then I believe you can drag a playlist out of the desktop app onto the desktop. Then log in with your new account and drag and drop that playlist back in.

When I try to log into the old account, it just says that the stuff "isn't available offline", but when I log into my new account on the same computer, everything loads just fine. Does this mean that all of my stuff has been deleted?

 

Aaaaaaaand, I went ahead and replied to the email, aswell. -crosses fingers-
