Need help subscribing to premium

Hello!

So I decided that I wanted to upgrade my spotify to the student subscription ($4.99 a month plus tax) but for some reason when I get to the page where I am supposed to insert my credit card information, that part will not load. I can click continue, but then the page yells at me for not plugging in my credit card information even though the part where I put the information in won't stop loading. Please let me know what I can do to help this situation thank you!

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and then try to complete the purchase process? Maybe you can also try using another browser.
