Need help verifying an account.

Hi Guys my track has made a big trance release and is now on spotify. i want to claim the artist page which is under ''clara yates' when i checked the artist followers on my phone app it said it has 264 followers. i would like to claim the artist page. now i cant find or see the followers count anywhere. there is no ''about tab''

what should i do?

No content? thats really weird. here are 2 dropbox links of what i can see. it now says i have 306 followers and i appear on 4 albums?
