Need help with Premium Family Plan invite

Need help with Premium Family Plan invite

My son and I can't both use Spotify at the same time. He set up Spotify on his iPhone using my user/password before receiving an invite so I tried inviting him but when opening the link from the invite it says he already has an account. Do we need to delete Spotify from his phone then try the invite link again? Can anyone help?

Hi.

I would recommend to log out from the app and also from Spotify website in the browser, uninstall the app and then clear cache and cookies. Then you should not get a message that states it's already a registered account.
