Need help with duo plan

I thought two people could use the same account and listen same time. I wasn’t aware that it had to be two separate accounts for a duo plan.
Would my partner be able to still listen to my saved music same time as me instead of creating another account?

On the Duo plan, you have access to the Premium features for up to two Spotify accounts. This means it would be your account and your partners one sharing the Premium benefits, but with an independent experience.

You can share content between both of you, and your listening experience will not affect theirs and vice versa.
