Need help with my sister's account.

Hello,

My sister has epilepsy so she has a hard time recalling certain information. She just got her new phone and forgot her current email password and couldn't recover it which led to her creating a new email.

Is there a way I could reach someone to renew her new email address? She listens to her playlist everyday and it would be unfortunate if she lost everything. I have her username and email in my Premium For Family details if needed.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
