Need help with

I do not have access to my spotify account if I log out of it on my phone. Here is why I sign up using my facebook I forgot the password on it so when I tryed to change it, facebook sends you a email well my email got hacked tryed to recover it but I can't so now I can't cancel my premium and I need it cancel can anyone help.. Ps spotify needs a hotline that would help me out so much & many more. & on a side note the account I'm posting this on is not the account

I suggest you contact support by email so they can help you with this:

Make sure for the username/Facebook login field you type in either the username for the Spotify account or the Facebook email for the account if it is a Facebook account 

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.
