I forgot the password for my account and also have lost the email it’s connected to. I need to cancel my premium membership but I can not do this because I can’t log on to my account online.

In this case, we suggest you try inputting every email address you have here. Once you find out which email your account is registered with, you'll be able to reset your password and regain access.

From there, you'll be able to cancel your subscription here.
