Need my playlists back!

My Question or Issue

My playlists are no longer viewable. My account was having issues with playing and finding songs so my son helped. Now it looks like I have a new account but my playlist are gone. Please help!

Hey @gadgets, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

It seems like you switched to a new account, which is why you're not able to see your playlists. If you want to move all of your content from your old account to your new one, follow these steps

I don’t know how to get into my old account. It should have been my email address but this new account has my email address...

I just signed onto my account on my laptop and it looks like both accounts magically merged! Thanks for your help!
