Need refund

Canceled my subscription to save money & money was still taken out of my account. Is there anything I can do to get that back?

If you think that you're eligible for a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form or one of the social media channels. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours, sometimes even faster.
