Need support ! Logged out, No access to registration email address

My Question or Issue

I was logged out of my account today.

Im using what im almost certain is the correct password but im not getting in.

I dont have access to the email that I registered my account with.

How do I cancel my old account ? I dont want to block the direct debit from my bank account but if I dont get some help to switch accounts, what other choice do I have ???

Thanks for reaching out to the community! Many other users have been encountering this problem as well. As far as I know, Spotify have done this to accounts they felt were unsecure, other community rising stars/rock stars here are more clued in than myself about this. Anyhow, you should reach out to Spotify customer support and let them know about this, they'll be more than happy to help. Hopefully it shouldn't take too long to get resolved.
