Need to Cancel due to death but don't have login

Need to Cancel due to death but don't have login

I am trying to cancel the recurring charge on my credit card for a Spotify account my son had. He passed away and I have no way to access his account. Doesn't look like Spotify has ANY way to contact them directly.

Excuse me, I have a similar question. I am a member of a Premium Duo Plan, and I would like to cancel the whole subscription, for both people, but the administrator passed away recently, so I do not have access to their account. What can I do?

I have the same problem. I cannot find any way to cancel his account. Can somebody help. Note that I have tried the link to ‘Support’ below but cannot get any reply

Hey,

Thanks for reaching out on the Community, we're sorry about your loss!

@7689 - Could you try opening the link on another device to see if you notice any difference? If possible, you can also try with another internet connection and with a different web browser.

Another option is to try getting in touch with us privately directly through this page. Please note that you might need to briefly explain your errand in the text box before getting connected for further support.

We hope this helps! We'll be here if you need anything else.
