Need to cancel a subscription I pay for but don't have access to.

My girlfriend and I broke up about a month ago, I payed for her spotify on her account, and she refuses to cancel it on her own. So how would I go about cancelling that? I don't want to keep getting charged $11 a month.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you. They may ask for certain information in a followup email to verify the payment details used on their account
