Need to change my original account's email address and password

My Question or Issue

My original premium account is linked to my student email account. My student email expired a while ago. I forgot to change the email address while I still had access. Now I've forgotten the password and I can't change it because I don't have access to the email. Is there any way I can change the email linked to the account to another one? I can provide any necessary details (barring the password of course).

If you receive an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours, but in light of staffing measures undertaken in response to the Coronavirus disease outbreak, Spotify's ability to respond to help requests is very limited.
