Need to change password but can't access my email. Is there another way?

I can't remember my password to log in and the email that the account is registered to is "unactivated" because I haven' used it in years. So I can't find a way to change My password. I have to log in with Facebook but I want to have the option to log in wirhout connecting to Facebook. Can someone hela me? I couldn't find any contactinformation for Spotify.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
