Need to disable devices on my account

My friend is using my spotify account on her phone and it keeps making me be unable to use my account whenever she is on it, which is all the time. It would be much appreciated if someone could tell me how to deactivate my devices. Thanks

Feel free to post on this topic to get logged out of all devices.
Then I suggest you reset your password so they can't login again.
