I've already sent 3 contact forms and nobody has replied. For some reason, none of my credit cards is working with spotify and my account will be cancelled!!! I will start using another service if I can't make it work. Looks like my business is not appreciatted.

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

If you still need to get in touch with them, go to your profile page and check that your email address is correct, and don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

Alternatively, you can tweet @SpotifyCares or message Spotify Cares Facebook.

Tried all of the above, nothing works. Nobody replies on facebook.
