Hi there.
If you've reached your limit for offine devices with Spotify, or are having trouble getting a new device registered, simply go here, log in and remove the device(s) you want to.
Important: Doing this will result in your offline data being removed across all your offline devices. You will need to sync again.
When syncing offline content, always be beware of possible data charges.
Good luck and have fun!

Hey there folks,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community about this!
At the moment, you can download Spotify tracks for offline listening on up to 5 devices at a time. To remove the content you have downloaded for offline listening on a particular device just head to the app's Settings > Storage > Remove all downloads.
If you're having troubles with your downloads, you can check this support site article for more troubleshooting steps to try.
Hope this helps! Don't hesitate to give us a shout in a new thread if you need more help. We'll be happy to lend a hand there.
Have a lovely day 🙂
My iPod touch was stolenn, and my spotify premium account was open. Is there a way to log out or turn it off, so that the thieves can't use it?
Thanks for any help 🙂
We can reset the devices on your account so it's no longer associated with the iPod. Would you like us to do that?
Don't forget to change your password(s) too.
Will that affectmy account on my macbook?
If not, yes please 🙂
Thank you very much!
I'm afraid we can only reset all the devices at once. All it means is that you'll need to resync your offline content one more time.
Let us know if you're happy to proceed still.
Yes, that's okay.
Thank you for your help!
