Solved!

Need your offline devices reset? Read here.

Hi there.

If you've reached your limit for offine devices with Spotify, or are having trouble getting a new device registered, simply go here, log in and remove the device(s) you want to.

Important: Doing this will result in your offline data being removed across all your offline devices. You will need to sync again.

When syncing offline content, always be beware of possible data charges.

Good luck and have fun!

No, I haven't followed the steps outlined in the link. This appears to be for syncing my phone through the spotify app on my computer. I have previously been able to mark playlists for offline use directly on the phone and the tracks would be downloaded. I'm using spotify on a windows phone 7.5 (nokia lumia 900).

janusday - could you please start a new thread in the Windows phone thread for this? Or get in touch through our contact form.

We'd rather keep this thread dedicated to device resets only, rather than troubleshooting.

I have gone over the three device limit through ignorance and the need to use a temporary phone which I put spotify on.

I now can't play offline on my ipad which is my main used device. Do I have to reset everything, or can I uninstall spotify App from the device I no longer use.

The system should deregister older devices automatically as new ones are added. We're just here to help if you ever need them all delinked at once.

Sure, all done for you.

I installed windows 8 so I believe I need my devices reset because it tells me I'm no longer able to use offline mode.

Hey abbytoir - I believe you're having some trouble here because your FB has been deleted or deactivated.

As you opened your account via that pFB rofile it will need to be reactivated. Then give logging in another go.

My facebook account is still very much active.

ok for some reason it's confusing my subscriptions.  if i log in with facebook it takes me to this free account, not the one I pay for with the user

Is reseting the only way to manage my spotify devices? I've changed my smartphone, I don't know how many devices are working offline now

abbytoir - Your Premium account appears to be properly linked your FB now. Are you directed to your Premium when you login with those FB details?

htrancon - Right now you've got two Windows computers and Android synced for offline use. Want me to reset those so you can start again?

And now for instance only one windows computer? I mean is it dynamic (I mean I can choose which devices to have offline playlists) isn't it? Thanks for helping

Please reset my offline devices..I just reupped my subscription and nothing seems to be working =(

Could you reset my offline devices please. orange-sodac

This thread is now up to date with all reset requests.
