Need your offline devices reset? Read here.

Hi there.

 

If you've reached your limit for offine devices with Spotify, or are having trouble getting a new device registered, simply go here, log in and remove the device(s) you want to.

 

Important: Doing this will result in your offline data being removed across all your offline devices. You will need to sync again.

When syncing offline content, always be beware of possible data charges.

Please reset my offline devices. Also, is there also a list I can be added to in order to notify me when offline syncing to more than 3 devices is allowed. I would like to save offline music to my two personal computers, work computer, tablet, and phone.. Thanks!!

Please reset my offline-devices!

Please reset my devices so we can sync them again. I have changed my mobile phone recently and now when I play Spotify at the same time as my husband in his phone one gets closed down. We only use three devices - our respective mobile phones and our iPad, that is ok right? Thank you!

I upgraded my phone recently and I think the old phone still has off-line data.  Please reset my account and I'll resync.  Thanks!

I would really like to see wich devices my spotify account is connected to. If it's connected to 2 computers, please delete it from them. Because I only want to use Spotify on mobile devices!

Just noticed that I can't play my offline cached songs from my PC or Windows Phone. My PC says that "offline access for this computer device has been withdrawn", but my phone does't even give me an error code. My friend told me that resetting my deviced could help, so could someone do it for me, please? :3

Please disconnect my PC offline device. I have 2 iphones and a PC as offline devices, and 1 iphone as a online device. I would really like to swap the PC with the online iphone, so that I can have 3 offline iphones 😄

I use this demo account that is provided by sonos in our shop and have recently had problems showing customer offline playlists on my iPhone via spotify (after all it is a selling point vs napster).

 

But i have this device reset issue and i know for sure there is only my phone on the account (or atleast there should be) as i use it as a controller in our store.

 

Either way could you reset the devices for me.

hi wonder if you can help.

 

i have an old account has been working ok, been in China and then all of a sudden stopped.

 

All i am getting is i am OFFLINE and NO INTERNET CONNECTION DETECTED.

 

I even signed up for premium and still nothing .

 

I am back in the UK and i am registered as in the UK.

 

Any ideas please!!!!!

As I've explained in our private messages, I'm not seeing a PC linked to your account at the moment - just three iPhones. How do you want to proceed?

Well, could you then explain why one of the Iphones won't play offline playlists? It can't sync actually. I either get a grey arrow or a red punctuation mark (!) 😞
