Never Recieved my 30 Day Free Trial

Hello,

I recently signed up for premium after I enjoyed my 7 day free trial. I decided to sign up for the 30 day free trial but noticed I signed up with a regular account by accident when I can get the student discount. So I cancelled my subscription to transfer it to a student account but noticed I lost my free trial. I would like to get my 30 day free trial but I am not able to, it just redirects me to the first payment with no trial offered.

You can actually only use one trial type. Since you already used the 7 day, you cannot apply a 30 day on top of it, that's likely why it wouldn't let you.

I do not think that is the case, I originally had the 30 day free trial but I cancelled it before it started (I think that is the main reason on why it never gave me the free trial) to make it a student account. 

This explains that you can use both the 7 and 30 day free trial.
