I created a new account so i can post here because i have an account linked to another email that i want to recover. But when i follow the procedure to recover it i never receive the password reset email. (and yes i double checked into the spam folder and everything)
Can anybody from the spotify support can do something for me?
Can you try resetting your password here using a different browser or a private window?
If you still aren't receiving a password reset email, I would recommend getting in touch with Customer Support by clicking on their contact link provided in this support article, under “Old email address?” They’ll take a look and do their best to help.
