New Account same mail

So i have a Facebook created account, i want a new account that’s only on Spotify and I want to keep all my playlists but I also want this new account to use the same mail as the old is there anyway to do this?

I have tried using this but it would require me to have a second email to create a new Account which is exactly what I want to avoid

In order to do so it seems that you should change that email address in Facebook settings.

You can get intouch with Spotify's support team. They can make the changes so your email is available for you to make the new account and retrieve your playlists.
