I tried to change my password because I forgot it but I havent received an email. Tried it many times and did it exactely like they told me to in the FAQ.

I am sure its the right email adress but I dont receive an email from Spotify. What can I do?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to reset your password.

 

If you're still not getting the password reset email, try typing your username instead. You can also try typing your email address without any capital letters.
