My Question or Issue

This morning I got an email saying someone unauthorized logged into my account, so I changed my password and logged out of all accounts. I tried logging in using my new password, and it said it was the wrong password. This happened on both my devices. Then I changed it again, and had the same issue. I was able to log in eventually using my Facebook account on my laptop and a login link on my phone, but I am still confused about what the issue is, as I know the new password I changed it to is the one I used to try and log in. Is this a common problem? Is it because I tried to log in right after I changed my password? Is it because my account is connected to Facebook? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. You should have been able to log in right after you changed your password. But I am glad now that you are in your account. I will see if I can find a solution to this issue.
