New Password won't log me in!

I forgot what my old password was so I sent for an email created a new one and it wont log me in with it? Tried sending for a new password to my email again but the link wont work ... HELP!

Can you please let me know what's the error message you got when you reset your password?

When I try to enter the password it comes up with incorrect username or password. If i send off for "forgot your password" email, it gives the link and then says invalid etc.
