Help!!!

I accepted Spotify's newest terms and conditions update and now all my music from after 2015 has disappeared! I uninstalled spotify on my iphone and windows laptop, reinstalled, and my music is still gone.. I cant find a solution anywhere, wishing spotify had a phone help line..

Thanks for reaching out to us.

 

You might have multiple Spotify accounts and using the wrong one. Let's try following this troubleshooting to make sure you're using the correct account.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, you can try recovering any playlists that could've been deleted.

I only had one Spotify account, I was logged in on my desktop when the new
terms and conditions popped up in the window, I hit accept, and everything
was gone. I messaged@spotifycares and they got my music back but it erased
my payment info and now it's a free account. I'm still missing some of my
songs and I was upset with how long it took to fix..
